Anthony Ainley
In "The Keeper of Traken" storyline, the Master decided to possess another person's body and make it his own. This resulted in the Anthony Ainley version of the character, which first appeared in the last episode of that serial and continued until the show's cancellation. Although he was in nine fewer episodes than Roger Delgado, he surpassed him in number of serials, leaving room for debate about who had the definitive portrayal of the character in the Classic Era.
