From Oct 8 to Oct 11, YouTube will play host to this year’s New York Comic Con. Multiple Doctor Who panels have been announced and are sure to delight and inform Whovians around the cybersphere.

Thirteenth Doctor Jodie Whittaker, accompanied by her “fam” entourage of Mandip Gill (Yaz Khan) and Bradley Walsh (Graham O’Brien), will take part in a moderated retrospective looking over the past two series of Doctor Who.

These series have included such exciting twists and turns as: the unveiling of the new Master (Sacha Dhawan), the return of fan-favorite John Barrowman (Captain Jack Harkness), and the arc to end all arcs (The Timeless Children) – not to mention my personal favorite, the ever-mysterious Doctor Ruth (Jo Martin).

Spoilers Sweeties

While very little more has been shared about this exciting panel, I’m sure that fans will be hoping to get tidbits on the 2020 Holiday/Christmastime Special Revolution of the Daleks, and information regarding the expected start of filming for the next Doctor Who series – lucky number 13.

The massive Doctor Who multi-platform begins with Time Lord Victorious #1.

More from Winter is Coming

But wait, there’s more! The supremely exciting, exceptionally satisfying, and very well timed (delights of the global pandemic) Time Lord Victorious: Daleks! will air a sneak peak of the forthcoming animated series at their own NY Comic Con panel.
Producer James Goss and the incomparable Nicholas Briggs will be joined by Joe Sugg and Ayesha Antoine to discuss the backstory of the series and share tableaux of life behind the scenes.

An additional panel, with an exclusive reveal dedicated to the new Doctor Who Maze Theory game has also been announced.

Of course, both the Daleks! animated series and this new game are part of the highly ambitious multi-platform/multi-year/across the Whoverse extravaganza that is Time Lord Victorious.

October can’t come soon enough?

Don’t forget the cornucopia of upcoming virtual events at your fingertips:

Galaxy Con Oct 17 – This virtual convention continues to impress with its Whovian dream of lineups, not the least of which includes Catherine Tate (Donna Noble), Arthur Darvill (Mr. Pond), and Jenna Coleman (the Doctor’s own Impossible Clara).
