Doctor Who: Brew Box Coffee Company and Forever Yours, Betty

We are pleased to be helping a pair of best friends spread the word about a wonderful new Doctor Who themed micro cafe in Glasgow, Scotland.

There is a new TARDIS on Wilson St. in the city of Glasgow, Scotland… and it serves food! Brew Box Coffee Company is a zero-waste micro cafe that opened in January 2016. It is owned and run by Laura Cameron, the structure having been built with the help of her father. Hours of operation are 8:45 AM to 4 PM, seven days a week, and it offers lower prices than surrounding corporate chains. To quote Cameron:

"My hashtag is #weeplacebigtaste. I want to emphasise that I may be a wee place but I am not here for a wee while. I mean business when it comes to good local, handmade food and great tasting coffee and I’m going to do my damnedest to make sure Glasgow gets the best of me and the service they deserve."

The experimental menu is constantly in a state of flux, serving up freshly prepared, locally sourced, organic, gourmet meals, baked goods, and beverages. Included in the rotation are both vegan and gluten free options. According to the company’s Facebook page, the vegan Sri Lankan peanut soup is a particularly popular offering.

Brew Box Coffee Company is not the only police box in Glasgow. To see them all, walk off that satisfying and nourishing meal on the Police Box Walk.
